This page is for California residents. The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), gives you the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Here is how to exercise that right.
01. We do not sell your personal information
HAUS XXIV, LLC does not sell your personal information for money. We never have, and we do not intend to.
However, California law defines “sharing” broadly. It includes transferring personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, even without payment. Some of the tools we use, specifically Google Analytics with advertising features and the Meta Pixel, may qualify as “sharing” under this definition.
That means you have the right to opt out, and this page is how you do it.
02. What data may be shared and with whom
The table below identifies the third-party tools we use, what data they receive, and whether that activity may constitute “sharing” of personal information under California law.
| Third party | Purpose | Data shared | May constitute “sharing” | | :—- | :—- | :—- | :—- | | Google Analytics / GTM | Site performance analytics | IP address, usage data, device info | Yes | | Meta Pixel | Ad measurement, audience targeting | IP address, browsing behavior, pixel data | Yes | | HubSpot | CRM, marketing automation | Contact info, form submissions | No | | Mailchimp | Email marketing | Email address, engagement data | No | | Calendly | Meeting scheduling | Name, email, scheduling preferences | No | | Stripe | Payment processing | Billing info, transaction data | No |
Tools marked “Yes” in the final column may receive personal information that is used for cross-context behavioral advertising. Tools marked “No” receive only the data necessary to deliver the service you requested and do not use it for advertising purposes.
03. How to opt out
You have three ways to exercise your right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
Option 1: Submit a request to us directly
Send your opt-out request by any of the following methods. We will process your request within 15 business days and confirm when it is complete.

By mail
Send a written request to: HAUS XXIV, LLC, 5150 E Pacific Coast Hwy, Suite 200, Long Beach, CA 90804. Please include your name, mailing address, and email address so we can confirm your request.
Option 2: Opt out through third-party tools directly
You can also limit data sharing at the source by using the opt-out mechanisms provided by each platform:
- Google Analytics: install the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
- Google advertising: manage your ad settings at adssettings.google.com
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram): manage your ad preferences at facebook.com/settings/ads
- Global privacy platform: if your browser supports the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we will honor it where technically feasible.
Option 3: Browser and device controls
You may use your browser’s built-in privacy settings to limit tracking, block third-party cookies, or enable the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. Browsers such as Firefox, Brave, and others support GPC natively. When we detect a valid GPC signal from your browser, we treat it as an opt-out request for the sharing of your personal information.
Note: disabling cookies may affect the functionality of our website, including form submissions and client portal access.
04. Your full California privacy rights
The CCPA and CPRA give California residents a comprehensive set of rights regarding their personal information. These rights apply regardless of whether you submit a Do Not Sell or Share request.
Right to know
You may request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources from which it was collected, the purposes for which it is used, and the categories of third parties with whom it is shared.
Right to delete
You may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain legal exceptions, such as information required to complete a transaction or comply with a legal obligation.
Right to correct
You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
Right to opt out of sale or sharing
Described in detail on this page. You have the right to direct us not to sell or share your personal information.
Right to limit use of sensitive personal information
If we collect sensitive personal information (such as precise geolocation, financial data, or health information), you have the right to limit our use of it to what is necessary to provide our services. We do not collect sensitive personal information beyond what is required for service delivery.
Right to non-discrimination
We will not deny you services, charge you different prices, or provide you a lower quality of service because you exercised any of these rights. Full stop.
Authorized agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must provide written authorization signed by you, and we may still verify your identity directly before processing the request.
05. Shine the Light (California Civil Code § 1798.83)
California Civil Code section 1798.83, known as the “Shine the Light” law, gives California residents the right to request, once per calendar year, information about personal information shared with third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year.
As stated in our Privacy Policy, we do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. If you have questions about this practice or wish to submit a Shine the Light request, contact us at creative@hausxxiv.com.
06. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) setting that signals websites to stop tracking your activity. Currently, there is no uniform technical standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals, and we do not alter our data collection practices in response to DNT signals at this time.
We do, however, honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out of sharing under California law. See Section 3 for details.
07. How we verify your identity
To protect your personal information, we will verify your identity before processing any privacy rights request. The verification process depends on the type and sensitivity of the information requested.
For most requests, we will ask you to confirm the email address and name on file with us. For requests involving deletion or sensitive information, we may request additional verification such as a reply from the email address on record.
We will never ask for your Social Security number, payment card information, or login credentials as part of identity verification.
We will respond to verified requests within 45 days. If we need additional time, we will notify you of the extension. We may respond to the same individual no more than twice in any 12-month period, consistent with California law.
