- Payment information: billing details processed through Stripe. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials. Stripe handles payment data under its own PCI DSS-compliant infrastructure.
- Client portal credentials: account login information for portal.hausxxiv.com, including your email address and encrypted password.
- Communications: emails, messages, and other correspondence you send to us directly.
Information collected automatically

- Payment records: retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations, generally seven years.
- Email marketing records: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
When personal information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it in a manner appropriate to its sensitivity.

Payment data is processed exclusively through Stripe, which maintains PCI DSS Level 1 compliance. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we work hard to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach occurs that affects your rights, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
08. California privacy rights (CCPA)

We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and, where applicable, Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). We do not send unsolicited commercial email.
