Your submissions
If you submit any content to us through our website, contact forms, client portal, or otherwise, including project briefs, creative assets, feedback, or other materials, you represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
You grant HAUS XXIV a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and process your submissions for the sole purpose of providing our services to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Client work product
Ownership of creative work product developed by HAUS XXIV for clients is governed by the applicable client services agreement or statement of work. These Terms of Use do not transfer ownership of any deliverable. In the absence of a written agreement stating otherwise, all work product remains the property of HAUS XXIV until full payment is received.
05. Client portal
Access to the HAUS XXIV client portal at portal.hausxxiv.com is provided to authorized clients only. By accessing the portal, you agree to the following:
Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at creative@hausxxiv.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
We will never ask for your password by email or phone. Do not share your credentials with anyone who is not an authorized representative of your organization.
Authorized access only
Portal access is granted to named individuals associated with an active client engagement. You may not transfer, share, or grant access to your portal account to any third party without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate portal access at any time.
Portal content
Documents, assets, project files, invoices, and other materials shared through the portal are confidential and intended solely for the authorized recipient. You may not share, distribute, or reproduce portal content outside of your organization without our express written permission.
06. Payment terms
Payments for HAUS XXIV services are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.
Specific payment schedules, deposit requirements, milestone billing, and refund terms are governed by your individual client services agreement or statement of work. In the absence of a written agreement, the following defaults apply:
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before work begins on any project.
- The remaining balance is due upon project completion, prior to delivery of final files.
- Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a 1.5% monthly late fee.
- HAUS XXIV reserves the right to pause or suspend work on any project with an outstanding unpaid balance.
All fees are denominated in U.S. dollars. HAUS XXIV is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or charges imposed by your bank or payment provider.
07. Third-party links and services
Our website and client portal may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services, including but not limited to Google, Meta, HubSpot, MailChimp, Calendly, Stripe, and others. These links are provided for your convenience only.
HAUS XXIV does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website or service. Your use of any third-party site is governed by that site’s own terms and privacy policy. We encourage you to review them before providing any personal information.
The inclusion of a link on our website does not imply any affiliation with or approval of the linked site.

THE HAUS XXIV WEBSITE AND ALL CONTENT AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE OFFERED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HAUS XXIV, LLC, ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE, PORTAL, OR SERVICES.
This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, and even if HAUS XXIV has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution
Governing law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these terms.
Dispute resolution
We would rather resolve disagreements directly than through litigation. Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact us at creative@hausxxiv.com and provide written notice of your dispute. We will work in good faith to resolve the matter within 30 days.
Binding arbitration
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and HAUS XXIV agree to submit to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will be conducted in Los Angeles County, California. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You and HAUS XXIV agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted solely on an individual basis. You waive any right to bring or participate in a class action, collective action, or representative action against HAUS XXIV.
Jurisdiction
For any matters not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
13. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)
HAUS XXIV respects intellectual property rights and expects users of our site to do the same. If you believe that content on our website infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent with the following information:
