The HAUS XXIV team is a senior practitioner bench covering brand strategy, design, engineering, and marketing. Every engagement is staffed by the people who scoped it, and the same practitioners stay on the account after launch rather than handing it to a support tier.
01 / How this room works
Ten people who have done this before.
Most studios sell you the founders and staff you with whoever is free. We do not have that gap to hide, because the bench is small enough that the person who scoped your engagement is the person building it.
It also means we turn work down. A studio this size can only hold a certain number of engagements at the standard we have set, and the honest version of that is saying no rather than quietly stretching.

Keeps the team rested, cuddled and properly snacked. Because no deadline is more important than whatever you’re currently eating.

We hire rarely, and slowly.
There is no open call. When a seat opens it is posted, and it stays open until the right person turns up rather than until the quarter ends. If that sounds like the kind of place you have been looking for, introduce yourself.
