CAPABILITIES
Branding, marketing, web, and software, built for the defiant.
Twelve disciplines under one roof. One operating system behind all of them. We build for the founders done blending in and the organizations the rest of the market overlooks.
HAUS XXIV is a creative haus based in Long Beach, California, working across four disciplines: brand and identity, marketing and growth, web and digital, and software, apps, and AI. Twelve disciplines run under one roof, governed by a published operating system called the Code of 24.
Most agencies sell you a deliverable. We build you a backbone.
A logo is not a brand. A website is not a strategy. Software is not a business. The pieces only matter when something underneath holds them together, and that something is what we build first. Everything after it gets easier, sharper, and harder to ignore.
01 / THE FOUR PILLARS

Twelve principles for how we think. Twelve disciplines for how we build. The mind and the muscle, side by side, every day. No competitor has published anything like it, and that is the point. Our defiance is structured, not random.
Read the Code of 2403 / HOW WE BUILD
Six phases. No surprises. Ever.
You should never wonder what week you are in or what lands next. Every phase has a gate, and every gate has something real attached to it. This is the same sequence whether we are building an identity, a website, or a platform.
01 / 06
01
Listen
Before anything gets designed, we sit with the people who carry the thing. Leadership, staff, customers, the person who answers the phone. We read the market, the analytics, and the competitors you are tired of losing to. Nothing gets built on an assumption.
What you get: A findings document, a competitive read, and a written problem statement we both sign off on.
02
Sharpen
We turn what we heard into a position. This is where the vague ambition becomes a specific claim you can defend in a room. It is the least glamorous phase and the one that decides whether the rest of the work has anything to stand on.
What you get: Positioning, narrative, and messaging architecture in writing.
03
Design
Concepts get pressure tested against one question. Is this bold enough to be remembered? If the answer is no, it goes back before you ever see it. You review directions with real reasoning attached, never a mood board and a shrug.
What you get: Two directions, presented live, with the thinking behind each one.
04
Build
Design becomes something real. Files, code, systems, and documentation built to be handed off without a translator. We build in the open, on a staging environment you can reach any day of the week.
What you get: Staging access from day one and a weekly build note.
05
Pressure test
Real devices, real assistive technology, real users, real load. We test for speed, accessibility, and the edge case that only shows up at two in the morning. Nothing ships on a promise that it probably works.
What you get: A QA log, an accessibility audit, and performance scores against a written budget.
06
Launch and tend
Launch is a milestone, not an ending. We watch the first ninety days closely, because that is when the real behavior shows up and the assumptions get corrected. Then we teach your team to run it without us.
What you get: A recorded training session, written documentation, and a 90-day performance review.
04 / THE FACTS WE STAND ON
- PRINCIPLES AND DISCIPLINES
- 24
- DISCIPLINES UNDER ONE ROOF
- 12
- FOUNDED. VETERAN HANDS.
- 2022
- STATES WE BUILD IN
- 50
- CLIENT TYPES, ONE STANDARD
- 3
Young haus, veteran hands. The company started in 2022. The hands inside it carry decades of craft, beginning with a founder who started in design at sixteen.
05 / RANGE
If the work matters to people, it matters to us.
Enterprise. Small business. Nonprofit. Same standard, same care, same refusal to hand anyone something safe.
SMALL BUSINESS
The ones the market counts out.
The counter, the shop, the two-person team doing something nobody else in the city does. You have been quoted like an afterthought and handed a template with your logo dropped in. Not here. You get the same thinking the enterprise work gets, scoped to what is actually in front of you.
Proof: We publish our process because you deserve to know what you are buying before you sign.
ENTERPRISE
Scale without the slow death.
Big organizations do not lose to bad ideas. They lose to good ideas that got compromised in the eleventh review. We hold the line on the bold idea, and we bring the governance, documentation, and accessibility rigor your procurement team is going to ask for anyway.
Proof: Every build ships with a written performance budget and a WCAG 2.2 AA audit.
NONPROFIT & COMMUNITY
Conviction over convenience.
We back the causes we believe in with time, money, and presence, not a seasonal graphic. Nonprofit work gets the same creative firepower as anything else in the haus, because a mission that cannot get heard cannot get funded.
Proof: We are pursuing B Corp certification as a measuring stick, not a marketing milestone.
06 / WHERE WE STAND ON AI
AI sits at our table. It does not run the haus.
Every agency is using it. Most are quiet about it, and a few are billing you for hours a machine did in seconds. We are going to be direct instead. We use AI to accelerate professionals, not to replace them, and the more powerful the tool, the higher the bar for the human holding it. We never claim a tool's output as raw human skill. We never quietly swap craft for speed and charge you for craft.
Read our full AI stance in the JournalNo. Most partnerships start with one discipline and grow. A brand refresh becomes a website. A website becomes a platform. The advantage of twelve disciplines under one roof is that the next phase does not require finding and educating a new vendor. Nothing gets sold to you before it is useful.
It depends on scope, and any agency that quotes you before understanding the problem is guessing. What we will tell you upfront is the range for the shape of work you are describing, on the first call, for free. If the number does not fit, we will say so and point you somewhere honest rather than sell you a version that will not work.
A focused brand identity runs six to ten weeks. A full website runs ten to sixteen. Custom software depends entirely on scope and starts with a paid discovery phase so the estimate is real instead of hopeful. You get a phase-by-phase schedule before we start, and we tell you the moment anything moves.
All three, on purpose. Community is non-negotiable in the Code of 24, and that is not a line on a wall. The standard does not change with the budget. The scope does.
Both. We were born in Long Beach and we are a nationwide remote-first team, which means you get the right specialist for your project rather than whoever happens to live near the office. We travel when the work calls for being in the room.
The Code of 24. Twelve principles for how we think and twelve disciplines for how we build, published in full, which nobody else on your list has done. Read it. If it sounds like where you want your brand built, we should talk. If it does not, we are genuinely not your fit and that is useful information for both of us.
Done blending in?
Tell us what you are building and what is in the way. We will tell you straight whether we are the right haus for it.
