Capabilities / Marketing & Growth

Marketing that earns the attention.

Reach. Convince. Compound.

Search authority, content, paid media, and motion. Built as one engine instead of four vendors who have never spoken to each other. Attention is not owed. It gets earned, and then it gets kept.

HAUS XXIV marketing covers SEO and search authority, content strategy and production, performance media, and motion, film, and photography. Retained engagements begin with a written audit, a channel strategy with budget allocation, and a live reporting dashboard rather than a monthly slide deck.

Most marketing is volume pretending to be strategy.

Twelve posts a month nobody asked for. An ad account bleeding budget into an audience that was never going to buy. A blog written for a search engine, read by nobody, driving traffic that bounces in nine seconds. Activity going up, revenue going sideways.

01 / WHAT WE BUILD

Four capabilities. One engine.

Search is the only channel where the work you did last year is still paying you this year. Everything else stops the day the budget stops. That makes SEO the highest-return line in most marketing budgets and the one most agencies treat as a checklist they run after launch.

WHAT SHIPS

  • Technical SEO audit with prioritized fix list
  • Keyword and search intent map by page
  • Site architecture and internal link plan
  • On-page optimization and schema markup
  • Local SEO and Google Business Profile build
  • Monthly reporting tied to revenue, not vanity metrics
Go deeper on SEO

Story, editorial, social, and the systems that keep them running when the founder gets busy. We build content engines designed to do more than occupy space on a calendar. Every piece has a job, a target, and a reason to exist beyond filling a slot.

WHAT SHIPS

  • Content strategy with pillar and cluster architecture
  • Editorial calendar your team can actually sustain
  • Long-form articles, written by humans, edited by humans
  • Social systems with templates and voice guidance
  • Email and lifecycle sequences
  • Sales collateral and pitch narrative support
See where the message comes from

We do not run ads. We build engines. There is a difference, and it shows up in month four when a campaign built on guesswork stops working and nobody can explain why.

WHAT SHIPS

  • Paid search, paid social, and display campaign builds
  • Conversion tracking and analytics implementation
  • Landing page design and testing
  • Funnel architecture and lifecycle mapping
  • Creative testing framework with named variables
  • Reporting dashboard tied to cost per acquisition

Motion brings the brand to life. Film carries the soul. Photography captures the truth. In a feed that scrolls past everything, the thing that moves is the thing that stops someone, and the thing that feels honest is the thing they remember.

WHAT SHIPS

  • Brand film and founder story production
  • Motion graphics and animated identity systems
  • Social video cut for every platform ratio
  • Product and lifestyle photography direction
  • Explainer and product demo animation
  • Editable motion templates for your in-house team

02 / NO AMBIGUITY

What actually lands in your hands.

  4. Channel strategy with budget allocation and rationale
  5. Competitor share-of-voice analysis

Production

  1. Editorial calendar with owners and due dates

  3. Social asset library with editable templates
  4. Email sequences built in your platform, not a PDF
  5. Motion and video assets cut per platform

  2. Cost per acquisition tracked by channel
  3. Search visibility and ranking movement by keyword cluster
  4. Monthly written read on what moved and what we are changing
  5. Quarterly strategy review with the actual decision-makers

03 / HOW GROWTH GETS BUILT

Five phases, then a repeating loop.

Marketing is not a project with an end date. The first four phases build the engine. The fifth one never stops, and that is where compounding actually happens.

01 / 05

  1. 01

    Audit

We look at everything currently running and everything currently leaking. Analytics, search visibility, ad accounts, content performance, and the gap between what you are spending and what you are getting back. Most audits find money already on the table.

Ends with: A written audit with a prioritized fix list and effort scores.

  2. 02

    Architect

Channel strategy, budget allocation, and the measurement layer that will tell us the truth later. We decide what we are claiming, who we are claiming it to, and what number proves it worked before anything gets made.

Ends with: Strategy document, tracking plan, and agreed success metrics.

  3. 03

    Build

Campaigns, content, landing pages, and creative get produced against the architecture. Not one channel at a time. All of it built to reinforce the same position, because a message that changes between channels does not compound, it competes with itself.

Ends with: Live campaigns, published content, and a working dashboard.

  4. 04

    Pressure test

Real spend, real data, real failure. We test creative against named variables rather than swapping things until something works. Losing variants get documented, because knowing what does not work is worth as much as knowing what does.

Ends with: Test log with results and the next round of hypotheses.

  5. 05

    Compound

Monthly optimization, quarterly strategy review, and content that keeps adding to an asset base instead of resetting it. Year two should cost less and return more than year one. If it does not, something upstream was wrong and we go find it.

Ongoing: Monthly written read, live dashboard, quarterly strategy review.

04 / WHY THIS HAUS

Three reasons, and the code behind them.

PRINCIPLE 02

Educate. Don't dictate.

You will understand your own marketing.

Every report explains what moved and why in plain language, not a wall of metrics designed to look like value. If a number went down, we say so first and bring the reason. Agencies that hide behind dashboards are hiding something.

PRINCIPLE 05

Craft over clout

We chase revenue, not virality.

A post with a million views and no pipeline is a hobby. We optimize for the metric that shows up in your bank account, and we will tell you when a campaign you love is not one of them.

PRINCIPLE 12

AI is a tool. Not a shortcut.

Your content is written by humans.

We use AI to research faster and draft rougher, never to ship you a thousand words nobody wrote. Search engines have gotten very good at detecting the difference, and so have your customers. We don't replace evolving. We replace laziness.

05 / THE TOOLS

  • Google Analytics 4
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Ahrefs
  • Semrush
  • Screaming Frog
  • Google Search Console
  • HubSpot
  • Klaviyo
  • Looker Studio
  • After Effects
  • Premiere Pro

Every account we build stays in your name, on your billing, under your ownership. If we part ways you keep the data, the history, and the audiences. Agencies that build campaigns inside their own ad accounts are building a leash.

06 / STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Marketing questions, answered plainly.

Paid media can move within two weeks because you are buying attention directly. SEO takes four to six months before the curve bends, and twelve before it gets genuinely valuable. Anyone promising first page in thirty days is either lying or planning to rank you for terms nobody searches.

For retained marketing we start around five figures a month including media spend, because below that we cannot build anything that compounds and you would be paying for activity instead of growth. One-time projects like an SEO audit or a campaign build start much lower. We would rather do one thing properly than five things thinly.

Three months minimum, then month to month. Three months is the honest floor for the work to prove anything. After that, if we are not earning the retainer you should be able to leave without a fight. Long lock-ins protect agencies from their own results.

Often that is the better arrangement. We build the strategy, the systems, and the templates, then your team runs the daily work with us in a direction and quality role. You get senior thinking without paying agency rates for execution your team can do.

Both, and running them together is most of the advantage. Paid data tells us which messages convert in weeks instead of months, and we feed those winners straight into the organic content plan. Split across two vendors, that loop never closes.

Spending more and hearing less?

Tell us what you are running and what it is returning. We will tell you where the money is leaking before you hire anyone, including us.
